Just weeks after securing her win as Antigua and Barbuda’s 2026 Queen of Carnival, beauty queen and community leader Zaine Frederick is preparing to take the regional stage as the twin-island nation’s official delegate to the Bank of Nevis Miss Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant. The competition is scheduled to kick off on August 3, 2026, in Nevis, bringing together 10 emerging cultural ambassadors from across the Caribbean region.
Frederick is no stranger to pageantry and public service: alongside her new Queen of Carnival title, she also holds the crown of Miss St. John’s Rural West. Beyond the pageant circuit, she has built a diverse profile as a trained business professional, competitive athlete and growing entrepreneur, holding a bachelor’s degree in business management with a specialization in entrepreneurship. Guided by strong faith and a core drive to lift up other members of her community, Frederick has built a public identity rooted in leadership, consistent excellence and a commitment to advancing both personal growth and local development.
As she prepares for the pageant, top government and cultural leaders from Antigua and Barbuda have extended their full support and well wishes. Hon. Frederick will compete against nine other delegates from Caribbean nations and territories across four judged categories: swimsuit, talent, evening wear and on-stage interview. The ABFC is calling on members of the public across Antigua and Barbuda to share messages of encouragement, follow Frederick’s journey and show national pride as she represents the country on the regional stage. The entire nation is standing behind Frederick as she prepares to compete, cheering her on every step of the way.
