The historic agreement was signed on Friday in Washington, D.C., by Sri Lanka’s Ambassador to the United States, Mahinda Samarasinghe, and Antigua & Barbuda’s Ambassador to the United States, Sir Ronald Sanders. The ceremony marked a new chapter in bilateral relations between the two nations.
