A career-shifting Antiguan law enforcement professional has earned high praise for his exceptional academic work at one of the Caribbean’s leading legal training institutions. Jermaine Samuel, a sitting police officer transitioning into the legal field, was honored with the Hon. Mr. Justice K. Neville Adderley Prize during Eugene Dupuch Law School’s 2026 annual Presentation Ceremony, which took place on September 19.
This annual award is specifically designed to celebrate the highest-achieving mature student pursuing law as a second career, making the recognition a particularly meaningful milestone for Samuel.
