Scholarship Fund honors the legacy of Pearl Allison Lake, a long-serving member of the ECTEL Directorate who dedicated 20 years of her career to the organization before her passing in June 2024. Per ECTEL’s mission for the fund, the scholarship was created to celebrate Lake’s lifelong commitment to education and her deeply held conviction that learning is a transformative force that can open new life-changing opportunities for children across the region.
