Belize Earns Top Spots in 2025 Condé Nast Traveler Awards

Belize’s tourism sector has once again proven its global appeal by securing multiple prestigious accolades in the Condé Nast Traveler 2025 Readers’ Choice Awards, unveiled this Tuesday. The country clinched six notable positions across various regional categories, reinforcing its reputation as a premier travel destination in the Americas and surpassing its already impressive performance in 2024. These awards, determined by the votes of tens of thousands of travel enthusiasts worldwide, honor exceptional achievements in the travel industry. Among the highlights, Ambergris Caye earned the No. 4 spot in the Islands in Central and South America category, while Alaia Belize soared to No. 2 in the Top 20 Resorts in Central America. Additionally, other Belizean destinations were celebrated for their unique allure and dedication to sustainable tourism: Gaia Riverlodge (No. 11), Hamanasi Adventure & Dive Resort (No. 12), Manta Island Resort (No. 14), and Copal Tree Lodge (No. 16).
