Per preliminary details relayed to the family, Solis was traveling in a company-owned truck hauling heavy industrial machinery when the securing equipment holding the load failed mid-journey. Sylvia Lopez, Solis’s sister-in-law and the family’s spokesperson, told reporters that the version of events the family has compiled so far paints a grim picture of the incident. “Based on what we have been told, he jumped out of the truck’s window when the machinery came loose.
