The Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) has achieved a significant breakthrough in its efforts to modernize the nation’s water infrastructure. The Ivan Rodrigues Reverse Osmosis Plant, a cornerstone of this initiative, is nearing the completion of its mainline installation works.
