In a formal ceremony held at Government House on Wednesday, the Halo Foundation, led by its founder Her Excellency Lady Sandra Williams, has handed over an $18,000 contribution to Ricky Santos, president of the GN Trust, to expand access to life-changing educational and athletic opportunities for emerging young Antiguan sportspeople.
