Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley was among the first to release her message, posting the note to her official social media channels on Monday. Speaking for both the Barbadian government and public, Mottley emphasized Trinidad and Tobago’s outsize role as a foundational pillar of the broader Caribbean family.
