The screening program is already up and running at the venue, and will remain open to the public for a full two weeks, giving all interested residents ample time to fit a visit into their schedules.
Beyond complimentary vision tests, the initiative also extends a key additional benefit: any participant found to require reading glasses will receive their new pairs at zero charge, removing financial barriers to essential vision care for community members. In a statement shared this week, MP Joseph expressed his satisfaction with the early turnout for the program, noting that he is encouraged to see constituents already taking advantage of the accessible health resource.
