Mark Lopez faces two separate counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to supply, after authorities executed a search warrant at his residence on Friday, August 7, according to Assistant Superintendent of Police Stacy Smith, a staff officer with the department.
Smith confirmed in an official statement that the search turned out two distinct batches of suspected crack cocaine, weighing 10.97 grams and 6.66 grams respectively. Following the seizure, Lopez was formally taken into custody and charged with the two offenses.
