Raffique Samuel has stepped into the role of Assistant Director of Operations and Business Development, closing out more than 20 years of dedicated service to the postal organization. According to an official press release from the corporation, Samuel began his career as a frontline postman and worked his way steadily up the organizational ladder, a progression driven by consistent hard work, strict professional standards, and an unshakable dedication to public service. The second new appointment, Esteban Richard-Hernández, takes on the position of Manager of Expedited Services and Customer Solutions.
