Solid Waste Management Authority congratulates three staff graduates

Three dedicated employees of the National Solid Waste Management Authority have recently crossed a major academic milestone, earning accredited university degrees that reflect their long-term commitment to self-improvement and professional advancement—and their employer is highlighting these wins to encourage ongoing learning across the organization.

Among the high-achieving graduates is Keva Dean-Lawrence, who successfully completed all requirements for a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in public health. Satorsha Christopher added an advanced credential to her professional portfolio, graduating from Monroe University with a Master of Public Administration, a qualification that will strengthen her ability to lead public sector operations. The third graduate, Zamaar Semper, attained a Bachelor of Science in economics from the well-regarded Five Islands Campus of the University of the West Indies.

In an official statement released following the graduates’ commencement ceremonies, the National Solid Waste Management Authority extended warm congratulations to the three staff members. The organization emphasized that it takes particular pride in supporting team members who pursue higher education to expand their knowledge and skills, noting that these individual achievements also contribute to the overall capacity and effectiveness of the authority’s public service work. The agency closed its statement by expressing its confidence in the graduates’ future success and extended well wishes for their continued professional and academic growth.
