The eastern Dominican Republic’s thriving tourism and real estate sector has welcomed a new integrated player, as Grupo Cana Go — a family-founded enterprise covering real estate development, construction, interior decoration and furnishing — held its official opening ceremony in Punta Cana on October 10.
Helmed by veteran businessman Eusebio Castillo Areché, who brings 36 years of entrepreneurial experience and a track record of launching or scaling more than 20 successful companies across industries, the new firm represents a strategic expansion of the Castillo-Del Rosario family’s growing commercial footprint in eastern Dominican Republic. Stepping into the role of vice president, Castillo Areché’s son Sebastiano Castillo Del Rosario rounds out the firm’s leadership, bringing intergenerational expertise to guide the next chapter of the family’s business legacy in the region.
Speaking at the inauguration event, Castillo Areché revealed that the company has already secured parcels of land in Punta Cana’s most high-demand, premium locations, where it plans to develop multiple residential real estate projects. Full details of these upcoming developments will be disclosed to the public in a future announcement, per the company’s statement.
Beyond residential development, Grupo Cana Go positions itself as a one-stop service provider for property buyers and owners, offering a full suite of offerings that range from real estate consulting and sales, general construction contracting, to furniture and home appliance sales, soft furnishings such as curtains, decorative wall panels, and fine art pieces for interior styling. This end-to-end model allows clients to complete every step of purchasing, building, and outfitting a property through a single provider, streamlining what is often a fragmented process.
The firm’s new headquarters spans roughly 300 square meters across two floors of the Nave Mall Business Center, located in central Downtown Punta Cana, placing it at the heart of the region’s dynamic commercial activity. With Punta Cana consistently posting strong growth across both tourism and real estate in recent years, the launch of Grupo Cana Go deepens the Castillo-Del Rosario family’s existing presence in this high-growth market, positioning the firm to capture rising demand for quality residential properties and integrated property services.
