Kenscoff, Haiti – As the mountain commune of Kenscoff grapples with severely damaged access routes that have upended daily life and hampered security operations, local Mayor Massillon Jean has issued a urgent public call for cross-community solidarity and collective action to rehabilitate these critical infrastructure links.
