Corporal Jermaine Samuel, an active member of the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda (RPFAB) identified by service number 391, was awarded the Hon. Mr. Justice K. Neville Adderley Prize during the law school’s 2026 annual presentation ceremony. This specialized honor is reserved exclusively for top-performing mature students who transition into the study of law as a second professional career.
