Next week, Lenore Burnley — mother of missing man Chad Joseph — and Sallycar Korasingh, sister of Rishi Samaroo, will appear before the court to request the death declaration, a step that comes one day after Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissesssar publicly stated there is no confirmed evidence that any Trinidadian citizens were killed in the strike.
