The incident occurred at approximately 9:05 AM when a white sedan traveling southbound on Picton Road veered out of control and collided with a concrete culvert.

While the front-seat passenger managed to extricate himself from the wreckage despite sustaining a dislocated arm, the driver presented a more grave condition—unresponsive and bleeding heavily from a head wound.
