The Dominican government has moved forward with a targeted round of fuel price adjustments for the week of September 19–25, capping increases for premium gasoline and high-grade “Optimum” diesel at 9 Dominican pesos (RD$) per gallon. Standard-grade gasoline and conventional diesel will see a more modest 5-peso per gallon rise, while kerosene will take the steepest jump of up to RD$29.30 per gallon, according to official announcements.
