After months of coordinated advocacy and bureaucratic negotiations over three years of unresolved labor disputes, a landmark agreement has been reached that will see Berger Paints clear all outstanding financial obligations to its former employees by September 11. The breakthrough was confirmed at the Barbados Workers’ Union (BWU) 84th Annual Delegates’ Conference, held at the union’s Solidarity House headquarters, by BWU General Secretary Toni Moore.
