Structured as a one-time financial support measure for new families, the initiative allocates a 1,000 Eastern Caribbean dollar grant to qualifying mothers. To be eligible for the payout, children must be born on or after the program’s launch date of August 1, 2026, and their birth must be officially registered with government authorities within a six-month window from the date of birth.
