Dominican Republic assumes pro-tempore presidency of Central American Agricultural Council

PANAMA CITY – In a significant development for regional agricultural governance, Dominican Agriculture Minister Limber Cruz has been appointed to the pro-tempore presidency of the Central American Agricultural Council (CAC).
