Abinader breaks ground on US$700M City Center project

SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic – President Luis Abinader has officially inaugurated construction of City Center by Lady Lee, a landmark $700 million mixed-use development poised to redefine the urban and commercial dynamics of Santo Domingo East.
