Trinidad and Tobago’s Prime Minister, Kamla Persad-Bissessar, has expressed strong support for the US Navy’s presence in the region, praising their efforts to combat drug trafficking. She emphasized that the region is ‘not a zone of peace’ and advocated for the violent elimination of drug traffickers.
