Rescue operations involved multiple agencies, including the Municipal Emergency Management Office, Municipal Police, United Rapid Response Forces, Border Patrol, and Coast Guard. While two individuals were rescued, three managed to reach shore, one woman remains unaccounted for, and another tragically lost their life.
