Though he retired from his position as attorney-at-law earlier this year, Bovell maintained his role as trustee and remained actively involved in ensuring the union’s operational integrity and stability until his final days.
Known affectionately as a ‘gentle giant,’ Bovell earned widespread respect for his composed demeanor, principled guidance, and meticulous approach to legal and organizational matters.
