The Barbadian government is set to implement groundbreaking workplace policies designed to facilitate the smooth reintegration of mothers into the workforce following maternity leave. Labour Minister Colin Jordan announced the initiative during his address at the second annual Workplace Wellness in Action Forum, held at the BWU’s Solidarity House.
